After completing doctoral studies in Physics I trained to be a Patent Attorney at a well-regarded London firm. I then changed career and qualified to teach secondary maths at a school in North London, before becoming Head of Maths at Magdalen College School, Oxford. I am now Director of Studies at Magdalen. I grew up in Haddenham and attended St Mary’s as a pupil myself, so see it as great privilege to be able to support the work of the school now as a parent governor.
